每次來臺北的首選酒店，服務態度和各種細節設計都非常贊。地理位置也很不錯，捷運中山站三分鐘走到，旁邊就是警察局很有安全感。

酒店位置很方便，服務也不錯，酒店設施很一般，性價比不高，如果僅圖交通方便還是不錯的選擇。

很好，服務設施都沒的說。干凈，整潔。高大上。

非常好的酒店，環境服務一流，尤其服務，基本都不用你多說什么，服務生就能提出比如是否需要聯系送機，是否需要暫存行李等等。
每次叫TAXI出去，還會記錄車牌號給你。細節上沒話說，贊。另外地段也很好，出門5分鐘就是中山站捷運，附近有3個新光三越，坐一站捷運就到臺北車站可以換高鐵。

干凈舒適，服務態度好。房間衛生間和洗浴是分開的，馬桶是全自動的。就是床墊有點軟。總的來說非常好。

when we arrived taipei, people keep telling us this is so far the newest hotel here. they just celebrate 1st year anniversary. this is a very modern hotel. the design, the equipment, the furniture all run in a warm and cozy remix. the shower and bath is amazing. i spent 1 hour every night to enjoy it. so soothing! service is traditional japan style. polite, kind and helpful. location is real good, just opposite to subway station. only thing is not much restaurant around. definitely will back!

We checked in for 3 nights and hoping to get a feel of Japan without going to Japan. And boy am I satisfied! From the bell boys greeting to the decor of the room was top of the line. High ceiling height and well equipped modern controls of lights and drapery. I was even surprised at the supply of Nespresso machine with beautiful fine china for my drinks. What a value we paid for a top notch luxury hotel in the heart of Taipei. The best part is it is away from the tourist crowd. Two thumbs up and I will come back for sure. BTW they have the Health club for hotel guests for free. Simply awesome!
